What is the deal with shipping costs? Because we’re shipping frozen goodies, we must ship overnight or two-day air on dry ice.  If you are in our 2 day ground shipping region – lucky you! Don’t forget shipping costs will be added to your total at checkout! 

Important things to remember… We don’t want your ice cream to sit waiting in transit over the weekend, so we only send packages Monday & Tuesday in order to be received within 2 days and before the weekend!  Packages ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and packages ordered on Tuesday will ship on Wednesday. All orders placed Wednesday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday!
