Sunshine Sammies opened in Asheville, NC during the summer of 2013. With a handbuilt solar powered pushcart full of treats, we hit the streets and discovered we weren’t the only ones missing the sweet treats from our childhood!

Today, you can visit us at our storefront in downtown Asheville at 99 S Lexington Ave. We can also be found ’round town at one of our signature solar-powered carts and at local festivals or wedding with our vintage truck, Sunny!
We specialize in all natural and creative twists on ice cream and cookies! Our house made ice cream, paired with fresh baked cookies, makes for an endless variety of ice cream sammie flavors!
